I'm from the suburbs of Denver, Colorado. I received a BFA from Cooper Union in 2002, where I concentrated in photography, video, and graphic design. I have always loved to read and draw, so my interest in graphic design was a natural progression.
Where do you work? What do you do there?
I currently work at Anomaly, a marketing and communications company in New York City. I do mostly packaging design, brand guidelines, web, and print collateral. I also actively freelance.
How long have you been in this field?
5 years, off and on
What role did (are) you play(ing) in the project?
Design, illustration, animation, photography, and web development. I also collaborated with Tiziana Haug on projects such as the ADC Paper Expo mailer and the Skypark website.
What was (is) your inspiration for this project?
My previous online portfolio was 5 years old, and it really needed an update.
What is in your equipment/gear setup?
Mac G5 Dual 2.3 and a cheap Epson printer/scanner combo

What advice can you share to people just getting into this field?
Learn to manage your time well. Then you can concentrate more energy on the work you enjoy, without letting the boring projects take over your life.
