Overview
Anders has been around for a while and really knows his stuff. His motion work is definitely worth checking out if you have never seen his stuff. I love the movement he uses in most his pieces. Give it up for Anders.

http://www.andersschroder.com Biography
I was born and raised in Denmark until I was 24 then I left for the States which is how my career started. Design and animation took me on a fantastic journey from Washington DC to London to Sydney to NYC back to London again, to Los Angeles and then back to Denmark. It's been an amazing experience living in all these great places during the last 8 years. I have a bachelor in New Media design but I didn't learn how to design there. I taught myself at night and when I worked along side Gmunk, James Widegren and Mike Young in DC and London my skillset totally exploded, I learned so much from them. I now run my own studio, Frame, with my Partner Thomas Bay in Denmark Copenhagen. Sherbet in the UK serves as our agent worldwide.

What advice can you share to people just getting into this field?
Work hard, learn as much as you can, be hungry, be flexible and willing to bend over backwards. Make your own website showcasing your work. Create a motion project for yourself and devote yourself to making it the best you can and then publish it on your site. Then write all the online design mags about it, if its good you’ll get lots of attention.
Any other comments?
